Do you hire freshers?
Yes. We do hire freshers. The selection criterion is based on knowledge of the subjects you’ve graduated in. We then conduct extensive training programs for freshers
Do you have an age bar upper limit?
No. Our selection is completely merit based.

Will I get Educational Assistance from Promantra?
Yes. Irrespective of the length of service, assistance with the course fees will be provided from the company up to a certain amount.
Would I be able to shift to a different process once I’ve joined based on my interest levels?
Yes. But this is subject to certain terms, and certain procedures need to be followed. Promantra supports people to take up their choice of task. Once your passion becomes your profession you would definitely excel, and that’s what we look at.
Do you provide transport facility for the night shift employees?
Yes we do provide a home pick and drop.
Do you send employees to the US for training?
Yes. We do send employees to the US for training, depending on the requirement.
