Ch Sai Giridhar (Founder & CEO)
With over 15 years of extensive experience and fortitude for unraveling uncharted territory, Mr. Giridhar plays an important role in formulating long and short term business strategies. He is known for directing Business Development, Organization Structuring, and Quality Management Systems to steer organizations towards achieving their Strategic Goals.
His varied and rich experience from the Printing, IT and Digital Media industries, along with his Law and Business School Degrees, give him a distinct advantage in managing the Operations, anticipating challenges and pre-empting the pitfalls of business management and development.
Sai has steered organizations towards achieving their Strategic Goals in the capacity of a CEO.
Fareed Ansari (Vice President, Business Development)
Fareed has been associated with global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and IT industries in various capacities since the last 11 years. He has been a part of various start-up BPO’s in India instrumental in building up companies from scratch. Fareed started his career with IT industry working with Microland and Talisma in sales and marketing functions in India as well in overseas markets like Singapore and Australia. In 2001, he was a part of the founding team of a US based BPO with delivery centers in Manila, Philippines and Bangalore, India.
Subsequent to that, Fareed was part of the business development team of a leading Indian healthcare BPO. He has significant experience dealing with US based Providers, Medical Billing and IT companies in the US. Fareed currently spearheads the Sales & Marketing efforts at Promantra focused at the Provider segment in the US.
Fareed holds MA in German Literature and MBA in International Business & Marketing from SPJIMR, a leading business school in Mumbai, India.
Ivan Jaron Bradshaw (AVP - Operations)
Ivan Bradshaw heads the BPO-RCM Vertical at Promantra. As an Associate Vice President -Operations he overlooks the day to day operations across clients in the BPO-RCM Vertical. Ivan Bradshaw has over 8+ years of experience in the IT consulting and US Healthcare BPO/KPO space specific to US Healthcare.
He was earlier associated with major Healthcare companies in India. Ivan Bradshaw holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and is a certified Clinical Account Technician (CCAT) & Patient Account Technician (CPAT) by AAHAM (American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management). In addition to the above Ivan has extensive experience in Migration and Transition of Healthcare Assignments.
