Dr. Praveen Vadlamudi - Founder, Vice-Chairman
Dr.Praveen’s vision and keen business acumen enabled him to identify and seize the opportunity of the previously unexplored outsourcing arena of US Long Term Care. His leadership has enabled Promantra to be amongst the top 100 BPO’s in the world, within the first year of its inception. He continues to inspire his team with a vision of excellence and leverage Promantra’s domain expertise in the Healthcare BPO sector to become a leader in this space. He plays a key role in formulating business strategies, managing the organization dynamics and oversees the business development and new product development /deployment. He has in-depth knowledge of organizational behavior, people and processes.
His stint with Allcare, a US based healthcare consultant organization, has given him immense exposure to the US Healthcare industry. Dr.Praveen has earlier worked for various prominent government organizations and hospitals in the Emergency and the ICUs. He headed a Pharmaceutical company before founding Promantra.
Dr.Praveen served as the CEO of Promantra till July 07, and is currently working towards new projects which will make a significant difference in the US healthcare space, specifically in the Long-term care arena in addition to exploring business opportunities pertaining to healthcare in Europe.
Sai Giridhar - Founder, CEO
With over 15 years of extensive experience and fortitude for unraveling uncharted territory, Mr. Giridhar Sai plays an important role in formulating long and short term business strategies for Promantra. He directs the Business Development, Organization Structuring, and Quality Management Systems to steer the organization towards achieving its Strategic Goals.
His varied and rich experience from the Printing, IT and Digital Media industries, along with his law and business school degrees, give him a distinct advantage in managing the Operations, anticipating challenges and pre-empting the pitfalls of business management and development.
Mr. Sai Giridhar, who had served as COO till July 07 has taken on the role of CEO.
Dr. Suhail - Founder
Suhail has over 10 years of experience in Healthcare & IT industries. He headed an IT company prior to Promantra.
Suhail is a medical doctor by profession.
