“MAKE WORK FUN” is our philosophy.
We constantly work at making our workplace a happier place for our employees by keeping it pleasant and stress free. The feedbacks received from the Employee Satisfaction Survey are worked upon very seriously to remove any minor dissatisfaction existing among our staff. We also ensure that our employees maintain a strong work-life balance.
Lunches, dinners, picnics, retreats etc. are organized to improve communication, trust and relationships leading to a healthier and pleasant work environment. We conduct periodical Sports Events which besides getting back the childlike innocence, is also a great team strengthening event. We have an in-house Cultural Club responsible for event management for every occasion. Every employee’s birthday is also celebrated to show how much we appreciate their contribution.
