Proscribe

While performing task of Medical transcription, the MT coordinators often encounter certain problems related to issues like missing files, files allocation, Turn-Around Time or status of the work. In order to overcome these problems, Nanutek developed our proprietary software Proscribe. Proscribe is a custom developed software which tracks jobs from when they are received by us until they are delivered back to the customer. Proscribe can also be integrated with the client's existing system, if required.

Following are some of the advantages of Proscribe:

• Real time monitoring to check the status of the file to ensure TAT (Turn around Time) is met
• Based on the priorities set, this application automatically allocates the files to all team members, such as STAT (Emergency Reports) as the first priority
• Check the accuracy of the process as well as individual users
• Statistical reports to track balance workloads, manage delivery commitment
• Access provided to Client to check for the status of transcription at any given point of time

We are currently working on enhancing Proscribe to a voice recognition system which can be accessed via a toll free number for automatic dictation.
